Thermacut T-11861 swirl ring replaces Hypertherm 220857

This part replaces Hypertherm 220857-UR. It's Thermacut T-11861, the swirl ring for 10 to 85A, and it suits Hypertherm Duramax hand and machine torches on Powermax 65, 85 and 105. Sold each.

Does T-11861 replace Hypertherm 220857?

Yes. T-11861 is the Thermacut replacement for Hypertherm 220857-UR, the 10–85A swirl ring for Duramax torches.

Which swirl ring do I need?

Use this swirl ring up to 85A and 220994 Swirl Ring 105A T-11930 at 105A. For FineCut, 220947 FineCut Swirl Ring 45A T-12015 gives the best cut quality, although the other two will also fit.

Which Powermax machines does this swirl ring fit?

It fits the Powermax 65, 85 and 105 with a Duramax hand or machine torch. It doesn't suit Powermax SYNC systems (they use one-piece cartridges), the original Powermax45 or the Powermax30.
