Thermacut T-12021 gouging nozzle 65/85A for Hypertherm Duramax torches

Thermacut T-12021 Gouging Nozzle 65/85A (Pack of 5) is a replacement for Hypertherm 220797. It's the nozzle you fit when a Duramax hand or machine torch on a Powermax 65, 85 or 105 is set up for gouging at 65A or 85A instead of cutting.

Gouging removes metal rather than cutting through it, so the front end changes. The nozzle goes in with the gouging shield, and Thermacut's chart says the shield and nozzle are used as a complete set. Pair this nozzle with T-12022 – Gouging Shield 65–105A.

Build a 65/85A gouging set

• Nozzle: T-12021 (this part, replaces Hypertherm 220797)
• Shield: T-12022 – Gouging Shield (replaces Hypertherm 220798)
• Electrode: T-11883 – Electrode 45–105A (Pk:5)
• Swirl ring: T-11861 – Swirl Ring 10–85A
• Retaining cap: T-11423 – Retaining Cap up to 85A

Gouging at 105A? That setup uses nozzle T-12023, with the T-12022 shield and the 105A retaining cap T-11422, plus swirl ring T-11930.
