Does T-11930 replace Hypertherm 220994?

Yes. T-11930 is the Thermacut replacement for Hypertherm 220994-UR, the 105A swirl ring for Duramax torches.

Which swirl ring do I need?

Use 220857 Swirl Ring 10–85A T-11861 up to 85A and this swirl ring at 105A. For FineCut, 220947 FineCut Swirl Ring 45A T-12015 gives the best cut quality, although the other two will also fit.

Which Powermax machines does this swirl ring fit?

It fits the Powermax 105 with a Duramax hand or machine torch. It's a 105A part, so it isn't for the Powermax 65 or 85. It doesn't suit Powermax SYNC systems (they use one-piece cartridges), the original Powermax45 or the Powermax30.
