Thermacut T-11422 retaining cap for 105A Duramax torches

This part is Thermacut T-11422, the retaining cap for 105A. It suits Hypertherm Duramax hand and machine torches on the Powermax 105. Sold each.

Common questions about the T-11422 retaining cap

Which retaining cap do I need?

It depends on your amperage and whether your table uses ohmic sensing. Up to 85A, use 220854 Retaining Cap 45/65/85A T-11423, or 220953 Ohmic Retaining Cap 45/65/85A T-11931 for ohmic sensing. At 105A, use this cap, or Ohmic Retaining Cap 105A T-11932 for ohmic sensing. If a wire from your table's height control clips onto the cap, you need an ohmic cap.

Which Powermax machines does this retaining cap fit?

It fits the Powermax 105 with a Duramax hand or machine torch. It's a 105A part, so it isn't for the Powermax 65 or 85. It doesn't suit Powermax SYNC systems (they use one-piece cartridges), the original Powermax45 or the Powermax30.
