At 105A, the shield, retaining cap and nozzle must be used together as a set. The electrode and swirl ring are always used together as a set.

Yes. T-11842 is the Thermacut replacement for Hypertherm 220993-UR, the 105A shield for Duramax machine torches.
Which shield do I need?
It depends on your torch, amperage and job. For cutting at 45, 65 and 85A, use 220818 Shield for Hand Torch 45/65/85A T-11406 on a hand torch or 220817 Shield for Machine Torch 45/65/85A T-11404 on a machine torch. At 105A, use 220992 Shield for Hand Torch 105A T-11841 on a hand torch or this shield on a machine torch. For gouging, use 220798 Gouging Shield 65/85/105A T-12022, and for FineCut on an ohmic table, 220948 FineCut Ohmic Shield 45A T-12014.
Which Powermax machines does this shield fit?
It fits the Powermax 105 with a Duramax machine torch. It's a 105A part, so it isn't for the Powermax 65 or 85. It doesn't suit Powermax SYNC systems (they use one-piece cartridges), the original Powermax45 or the Powermax30.
