Thermacut T-11883 electrode for Hypertherm Powermax 65, 85 and 105

Thermacut T-11883 Electrode 45–105A (Pack of 5) is a replacement plasma cutting electrode for Hypertherm Duramax hand and machine torches on Powermax 65, 85 and 105 systems. It replaces Hypertherm part number 220842.

Match the swirl ring to your amperage

Thermacut lists the electrode and swirl ring as a set, so order the swirl ring that suits your amperage:

• 10–85A: swirl ring T-11861 (replaces Hypertherm 220857)
• 105A: swirl ring T-11930 (replaces Hypertherm 220994)

Build your set by amperage

Thermacut's chart groups the front-end parts into matched sets. Shield and nozzle go in together, and for 105A the shield, retaining cap and nozzle go in together.

45, 65 and 85A

• Nozzle: T-11378 – Nozzle 45A, T-11377 – Nozzle 65A or T-11405 – Nozzle 85A
• Shield: T-11404 – Machine shield 45/65/85A or T-11406 – Hand shield 45/65/85A
• Retaining cap: T-11423 – Retaining cap 45/65/85A

105A

• Nozzle: T-11840 – Nozzle 105A
• Shield: T-11841 – Hand shield 105A or T-11842 – Machine shield 105A
• Retaining cap: T-11422 – Retaining cap 105A (a different cap to the 45/65/85A one)
