Yes. T-11377 is the Thermacut replacement for Hypertherm 220819-UR, the 65A nozzle for Duramax torches. It comes in a pack of 5.

Which nozzle do I need?

Match the nozzle to your amperage and job. For cutting, use 220941 Nozzle 45A T-11378 at 45A, this nozzle at 65A, 220816 Nozzle 85A T-11405 at 85A and 220990 Nozzle 105A T-11840 at 105A. For gouging, use 220797 Gouging Nozzle 65/85A T-12021 at 65 or 85A and 220991 Gouging Nozzle 105A T-12023 at 105A. For FineCut on thin sheet, use 220930 FineCut Nozzle 45A T-11845.

Which Powermax machines does this nozzle fit?

It fits the Powermax 65, 85 and 105 with a Duramax hand or machine torch. It doesn't suit Powermax SYNC systems (they use one-piece cartridges), the original Powermax45 or the Powermax30.

Does T-11377 work with the ohmic cap?

Yes, for shielded cutting. Fit it with 220953 Ohmic Retaining Cap 45/65/85A T-11931 and a shield. For unshielded cutting, use the standard cap, 220854 Retaining Cap 45/65/85A T-11423.
