DESCRIPTION:

A specially curated selection of 6 essential aerosol products designed to support clean, efficient, and corrosion-resistant welding. Refer to the back of the box for a quick reference chart on how to use each product, with detailed application instructions on each can.

PREPARE:

STEP 1: Metal Degreaser (CT-ASC-240)

• Prepares metal surfaces by removing oil, grease, and contaminants.
• Apply before welding or painting, or after using Anti-spatter spray.

STEP 2: Heavy Duty Ceramic Coating (CT-PTS-300)

• Protects welding nozzles and jigs from spatter buildup and improves efficiency.
• Apply before welding.

STEP 3:  Anti-Spatter Spray (CT-ASPR-500)

• Prevents weld spatter from sticking to the workpiece.
• Use immediately before welding.

PRIME:

STEP 4: Cold Galvanising Paint (CT-CG-400)

• Provides a zinc-rich protective layer to prevent corrosion on welded areas.
• Apply after welding and cleaning.

PROTECT:
STEP 5: Silver Galvanising Paint (CT-SG-400)

• Offers a metallic finish that matches galvanised steel, enhancing appearance and protection.
• Use after applying Cold Galvanising Paint.

STEP 6: Black Anti-Corrosion Paint (CT-BSKG-400)P

• Provides a durable, corrosion-resistant semi-gloss black coating for welds and metal surfaces.
• Apply as a final protective layer (top coat) or for aesthetic purposes.
