DESCRIPTION:

Generally suitable for cleaning, derusting, smoothing, cleaning of weld seams, light deburring, and removal of corrosion and paint. Steel wire is the most common filament material. Brushes with steel wire as the filament material are well-suited for surface work and deburring. Pferd tools special wire has high tensile strength and bending fatigue strength. This ensures the wire wears optimally and provides a long tool life, even in extreme brushing applications.

FEATURES:

• Highly flexible, enabling optimal adjustment to the workpiece contour.
• Optimum presentation on the Pferd tools centre using hanging hole and labelling with EAN number, designation and filament material.
• Long tool life through the use of Pferd tools special wire.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

• Please observe the recommended rotational speeds.
• For the best results, use a tool drive with a minimum output of 300 watts.

SAFETY NOTES:

When clamping the brush, ensure that the shank is clamped as far into arbor as possible. This applies in particular for use in the high rotational speed range. The minimum clamping length is 10mm
