Take full control of your jobs and weld like a pro with this easy-to-use pulse machine! The Fury 205 MPST packs serious pulse performance from a standard 10A power supply. Designed for greater output and capability, it features pulse MIG, pulse Stick, and pulse lift DC-TIG for superior arc control, reduced spatter, and outstanding weld appearance.
With a powerful 205A max output, it welds from approx. 0.8mm to 12mm, making it ideal for those heavier workshop and site applications.
Pulse MIG delivers a smooth, low-heat arc - excellent for aluminium, stainless, and mild steel - and it's spool gun ready for enhanced aluminium performance.
Pulse stick improves positional welding control and gap-bridging ability. Adjustable pulse lift-TIG (torch optional) provides refined heat control for high-quality welds on steel and stainless.
Simple to use, intuitive control panel allows most settings and controls to be used without getting your head stuck in the instruction manual. The geared 2-roll wire drive system ensures strong, consistent wire feed performance. Supplied as a comprehensive value kit, including a bonus ProMax 130 welding helmet, gloves, MIG pliers, and a cooler bag. Maximum pulse capability. 10A  convenience.

WHY PULSE?

• Pulse MIG welding (single pulse) allows you to weld like a pro, with very low spatter, super smooth welds, and low distortion. Suitable for welding aluminium, stainless, and carbon steels.
• Pulse Stick welding allows smoother, cleaner welds in hard-to-weld positions like vertical-up and overhead, plus helps bridge large gaps without burn through.
• Pulse DC-TIG welding (Lift-TIG) is well suited to creating scalloped-looking TIG welds on stainless and carbon steels (stack of dimes look) so your TIG welds exhibit the best in appearance.

• MIG welding 30-205A with solid stainless steel 0.8/0.9mm wire (0.8mm wire is best suited), material thickness approx. 1.2-12mm.
• MIG welding 30-205A with solid aluminium 0.9/1.0mm wire (1.0mm wire is best suited), material thickness approx. 1.2-12mm.
• Gasless MIG welding of steel 30-205A with 0.8/0.9mm flux-cored wires, material thickness approx. 1.2-12mm.
• Stick (MMA) welding 10-170A with most types of common electrodes (1.6/2.0/2.5/3.2/4.0), including steel and stainless, material thickness up to 12mm.
• TIG welding 10-170A (DC lift-arc) of steel, stainless, copper & chrome molly, ferrous metals, up to 10mm max thickness, using 1.6/2.4/3.2mm tungsten electrodes.
• Not suitable for TIG welding of aluminium (this requires AC/DC TIG capability).
