DESCRIPTION:

Chemtools® DEOX R56 Industrial Super Lubricant is the ultimate solution for optimizing performance and extending the lifespan of equipment. It is a silicone-free blend of superior petroleum base stocks and advanced additives to ensure unparalleled protection against wear, maximum lubrication and corrosion prevention, and all-weather moisture displacement across various applications. As a general maintenance penetrant, it remains unmatched in its versatility and quality, extending the life of machinery and its parts, including moving components.
DEOX R56 can be applied to loosen rusted bolts and stop squeaky hinges, preserve hand tools, ensure the smooth operation of locks and door handles, and protect operating controls, electrical wiring, ignition systems, circuitry, connectors, and much more.

• Deep Penetration: Quickly seeps into and penetrates tight spaces, crevices, and hard-to-reach areas. Effectively displaces moisture, dirt, and rust, providing protection and lubrication - even in challenging conditions.
• Corrosion Protection:  Contains corrosion inhibitors to help prevent rust and corrosion on metal surfaces. Particularly beneficial in industrial environments where exposure to moisture, chemicals, and harsh conditions is common.

APPLICATION:

Remove all contaminants from the surface before applying. Spray from a distance of approx. 250 to 300mm from the surface. Wash contacted areas thoroughly after handling.
Note: Use in a well-ventilated area. For best results, use at room temperature (21oC).

Always refer to the Safety Data Sheet/s before use. Use proper Personal Protection Equipment. Do not get in the eyes, on skin, or clothing. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing fumes. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. This product may produce adverse health conditions, ranging from minor skin irritation to serious systemic effects. It should not be used, stored, or transported until the handling precautions and recommendations as stated in the Safety Data Sheet/s for this product have been fully understood by all persons who will work with the material.

STORAGE & TRANSPORT:

Refer to Safety Data Sheet/s for recommendations. As a general precaution, keep containers tightly closed, and protect them from sunlight, and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Containers should be secured and stored upright during transit.
