DESCRIPTION:

Generally suitable for cleaning, derusting, and smoothing, as well as removal of corrosion and paint. Particularly suitable for brushing on large, flat, and easily accessible surfaces due to face-sown use with the entire brush face applied to the workpiece. Steel wire is the most common filament material. Brushes with steel wire as the filament material are especially well-suited to work on surfaces and deburring. Pferd tools special wire has high tensile strength and bending fatigue strength. This ensures the wire wears optimally and provides a long tool life, even in extreme brushing applications.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

• Please observe the recommended rotational speeds.
• For the best results, use a tool drive with a minimum output of 300 watts.

SAFETY NOTES:

When clamping the brush, ensure that the shank is clamped as far into the arbor as possible. This applies in particular for use in the high rotational speed range. The minimum clamping length is 10mm
