Purge Tools for Nitrogen Inlet 1/4 SAE Flare Male

When repairing refrigeration / air conditioning piping, the internal area of the pipe should be purged with nitrogen to prevent oxidation around the internal joint during the brazing process. Our purge tools allow for a quick and easy positive seal for many different pipe dimensions. A positive seal for the nitrogen purge process reduces the amount of gas used and limits any ingress of air during the repair.

Available Nitrogen Purge Tools

Purge tools are supplied in two sizes to suit size ranging of pipe. They have a knurled hand grip for easy use and to allow for positive placement in the pipe.
