C6 TUNGSTEN CARBIDE CUTTING TIPS

• C6 carbide tips used on 165mm to 185mm Sheet Metal cutting blades.
• C6 Carbide is an ultra-high performance cutting tip made up of TUNGSTEN CARBIDE and COBALT and has a Cobalt content of 6%.
• HARDNESS: C6 Grade Carbide has a hardness of 1800 to 2500 Vickers. This means that it is extremely hard and can maintain a sharp cutting edge for a long time.
• WEAR RESISTANCE: C6 Grade Carbide is highly resistant to wear, which means that it can withstand the friction and heat generated during cutting operations.
• TOUGHNESS: C6 Grade Carbide has a good balance of hardness and toughness, which means that it is less prone to breaking and chipping than more brittle materials.
