DESCRIPTION:

Pferd tools bench grinding wheels have been adapted to the standard bench grinders on the market. The universal version is ideal for general use in the workshop.

FEATURES:

• Long tool life.
• High-dimensional stability.
• High abrasive performance.
• Integrated adapter sleeves for mounting on almost any bench grinder spindle.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

• Dressing the disc on a regular basis exposes sharp grain and maintains an even grinding area.
• Constantly adjust the workpiece support to the grinding disc diameter (gap width max. 3A mm).

SAFETY NOTES:

• The maximum permitted speed is 35m/s.
• For safety reasons, the maximum permitted rotational speed indicated must never be exceeded.
• Before clamping, the grinding tool must be ring tested to make sure that it does not have any cracks (undamaged grinding tools give a clear tone).
