DESCRIPTION:

Geminin H600R hardfacing electrodes are engineered to provide a tough hardfacing deposit up to 55Hrc on multi-pass, 52Hrc single pass. Ideal for reclamation of gears, idlers, and tracks with metal-to-metal contact and will extend service life without the need for machining. Can be underlayed with 309MoL where additional build-up is required.

FEATURES:

• DIN 8555 E 6-UM-55 classifications.
• High-hardness weld deposit (~55 HRC multi-layer) (~52 HRC multi-layer) extends component service life.
• Excellent abrasion resistance with good toughness under medium impact conditions.
• Suitable for flat, horizontal, and vertical-up welding positions.
