One or Three-Phase DC Projection Welder

D(T)Z Three-Phase DC Projection Welder is a new type of machine, where Secondary current is rectified on the output of the Three-Phase transformer.

The Welder main features are as follow:

Direct Current in the secondary loop minimizes inductance losses vs. those of Single Phase AC Machines.
Direct Current (DC) is more efficient than AC current where current changes its value within a cycle from 0 to Max Amplitude. As a result, DC machine can provide steady heat input into welded material, minimizing sparks, achieving better penetration in multi-layer weldments.
Balanced Three-Phase input improves load on the primary power system and improves power factor.
Direct current makes it possible to weld aluminum and aluminum alloys.
